Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Planning and Investment has the following comments:

Clause 1, Article 5e is supplemented in Clause 2, Article 1 of Circular No. 02/2023/TT-BKHĐT dated April 18, 2023 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BKHĐT dated March 16, 2021 of the Minister of Planning and Investment guiding on business registration, which stipulates on business household registration via electronic information network as follows:

"Business household registration via electronic information network is the act of the person establishing a business household or a business household carrying out the business household registration procedure in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 01/2021/ND-CP on the business household registration information system of the National Business Registration Information System via the National Business Registration Information Portal".

On December 1, 2023, the Ministry of Planning and Investment (Department of Business Registration Management) issued Official Dispatch No. 226/ĐKKD-TTHT to the Departments of Planning and Investment of provinces and centrally run cities and People's Committees of districts, towns, and provincial cities on the implementation of the process of registering business households online.

Accordingly, the Application for registering business households online is officially deployed at http://hokinhdoanh.dkkd.gov.vn.
